Autism and Eating GFCF

I recently received a letter from a mother of a son with autism. This is Jace. Isn’t he a beautiful boy? His mother is doing lots of research into making his life healthier and better. I am so happy to be able to help her with recipes for children on a gluten-free/casein-free diet. Click the link below to read more about him.

Jace is such a cutie! How wonderful that a GFCF diet has shown to be helpful for kids with autism.

I just have to reiterate what I said in my article. The GF/CF diet, though not a cure for autism, sure helps my kids! I’m so glad you have such great recipes in your GF/CF cookbook, and also that you include so many casein free versions of your recipes in your other gluten-free cook books. Keep doing what you’re doing!
