I was diagnosed with Celiac disease after many years of illness. The diagnosis saved my life because now I know what and how to eat to be healthy. I also eat casein-free.

I have been experimenting for months, trying to find exciting and delicious ways to make meals without gluten and casein. The September Free Give-Away Winners have been chosen!

With the help of my granddaughter to make it fair, the winners have been chosen and notified.

The dishtowel set – OKAY. This has been interesting! The email drawn for this turned out to be a fake! How funny is that!??? So we drew again, and now it’s been requested that I sell the dishtowels and donate the money to a cancer charity.  So I will go with this wonderful persons wishes – oh, his name is Vince, by the way. I’ll hope that the charity isn’t too disappointed with the very tiny donation this will bring!
