When I was growing up we had Carmel Corn almost every Sunday night! This version is just delicious!
1 package brown sugar
1 cup light Karo syrup
1 cube butter
1 can Eagle brand milk
Mix brown sugar and Karo to boil. Add margarine to boil. Add Eagle milk and cook to softball stage on a candy thermometer (or until a small amount in a glass of cold water forms a soft ball in your fingers). Pour over two bags or gallons popcorn.
