Rainbow Fruit Jelly

Kids will love the pretty layers and the yummy flavors.

4 kiwifruit
2 bananas
3 peaches
1 3-ounce package strawberry Jello
1 cup boiling water
Kineret Whipped Topping (non-dairy)
Maraschino cherries

Peel and mash the fruit separately. Place the mashed banana in four glasses, being careful to avoid getting it on the sides. Follow with a layer of kiwifruit and then of mashed peach. Place glasses in freezer for 1/2 hour. Dissolve the Jell-o in hot water and pour over fruit. Refrigerate until firm. Top with whipped topping and a cherry.
