Crispy Candy Corn Treats

1 cube butter
9 cups miniature marshmallows
10 cups gluten-free brown rice cereal
2 cups candy corn
3/4 cup chocolate chips or white chocolate chips
orange food coloring (8 drops yellow & 4 drops red)

In pan, melt butter and marshmallows on medium heat. Add food coloring and stir. Take of burner. Stir in brown rice cereal, candy corn and chips. Press into 13×9 buttered pan. Chill. Cut into squares.
