Chunky Chicken Barbeque Salad

3 chicken breasts
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 head lettuce, torn
3 tomatoes, diced
1 cucumber, sliced
1 green pepper, sliced
1 avocado, peeled and sliced
3/4 cup Master’s Barbeque Sauce (Original)

Cube chicken breasts. In frying pan with lid, add chicken to olive oil. Cook on medium heat, turning chicken frequently until tender and cooked through. Do not drain juice. Set aside. Add barbeque sauce and stir.

In very large mixing bowl prepare salad – lettuce, tomatoes, cucumber and green pepper. Prepare avocados but set them to the side. Add chicken mixture to the salad and toss until lettuce is coated with barbeque sauce. Put salad in salad bowl or on salad plates. Add avocado and serve.
