I’ve taken this from my Mom’s yummy recipe, with just a couple of changes (she serves it with a crescent or dinner roll.)
4 – 5 chicken breasts
2 Tbsp olive oil
2 bunches red and/or green grapes, cut in half
1 cup Kraft mayonnaise
1/4 cup chopped celery
1/4 cup sliced almonds
1/2 tsp onion salt
Cube chicken breasts. Cook in olive oil until tender. Cool. Mix all ingredients together. Chill. Serve on a lettuce leaf.
Skinny Version: Use lowfat or fat-free mayonnaise.
