Just Like Mom’s Biscuits
Getting used to wheat free flours is a TRICK! But if you’re a little daring, and can handle adding a little flour, then a little buttermilk, and so forth, you can do it. Also, rolling the dough out is a bit more trying than with wheat flour dough. It breaks more, but I just stick it back together! If you’re willing to put a little work into this – you’ll be happy you did – when you’re eating your warm, delicious bisquits!
