Since I recently made peach jam, I was very hungry for something to eat with it. I’ve made my family very happy tonight with this batch of warm biscuits!
Getting used to wheat free flours is a TRICK! But if you’re a little daring, and can handle adding a little flour, then a little buttermilk, and so forth, you can do it. Also, rolling the dough out is a bit more trying than with wheat flour dough. It breaks more, but I just stick it back together!
