1 pkg gluten-free fettuccini noodles
3 cubes butter
2-8 oz pkgs cream cheese
1 pint whipping cream
1 tsp garlic powder
1 lb cooked crab or shrimp (imitation seafood has gluten)
Boil fettuccini for 7 minutes and drain – keep it in the pan with the lid on. Melt butter and cream cheese over low heat. Add cream and garlic – stir to blend. Simmer. Add seafood and mix. Serve over noodles.
