Breakfast: scrambled eggs with shredded cheddar cheese, GF toast and jam
Snack: baby carrots with Hidden Valley Ranch dressing for dip
Lunch: Progresso Garden Vegetable Soup, jello fruit cup
Snack: fruit yogurt
Dinner: Fried Seasoned Potatoes, Salmon Fillet w/lemon, squash
Dessert: sherbet with fresh berries

Breakfast: creamy rice with brown sugar and milk, orange juice
Snack: carmel rice cake with peanut butter and jam
Lunch: grilled Velveeta cheese sandwich, fresh veggies
Snack: 1/2 cup almonds with peeled orange slices
Dinner: brown rice with hamburger gravy, string beans
Dessert: fresh fruit bowl

Breakfast: omelet with eggs, cheese, ham, onion, pepper, etc., applesauce cup
Snack: celery sticks with peanut butter
Lunch: strawberry-spinach salad with vinaigrette dressing, GF toast
Snack: 1/2 cup cottage cheese with pineapple
Dinner: Hunts Spaghetti Sauce on Asian rice noodles, Parmesan Garlic Bread

Breakfast: 1 cup cottage cheese with fruit cocktail, GF toast with honey
Snack: apple slices with cheese
Lunch: tuna with mayonnaiser on white cheddar rice cakes, jello cup
Snack:fruit yogurt

Dinner: chicken breast, homestyle mashed potatoes, frozen vegetables
Dessert: Summer Smooth Jello with whipped cream

Breakfast: cooked GF oatmeal with brown sugar and milk, fruit cup
Snack: GF toast with creamed honey
Lunch: Progresso Rich and Hearty New England Clam Chowder, Glutino brand GF crackers, jello cup
Snack: avocado slices on cottage cheese with seasoning salt
Dinner: Canned Chili (check ingredients) with shredded cheese and sour cream, side salad
Dessert: double chocolate brownies

Breakfast: GF cold cereal with milk and banana slices
Snack: one scoop vanilla ice cream with fresh berries
Lunch: Ham ‘n Cheese Salad with Vinaigarette, GF Parmesan Garlic Bread
Snack: Glutino Crackers with cottage cheese on top, sprinkled with seasoning salt
Dinner: broiled tilapia, rice pilaf, carrots cooked in butter
Dessert: vanilla ice cream with nuts and Smuckers squeezable Strawberry Spread

Breakfast: hash browns, egg prepared over-easy, orange juice
Snack: dill pickles and olives with Glutino-brand crackers
Lunch: grilled GF ham and cheese sandwich, fresh veggies

This all sounds delicious. Maybe I will try and can lose the weight I gained from this disease.
