Porky Potato Chops

8 pork chops
2 tablespoons olive oil
4 large potatoes, peeled and quartered

1 medium green pepper, chopped
1 14.5-ounce can crushed tomatoes
1 14.5-ounce can water
1 8-ounce can tomato sauce
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1 tablespoon lemon juice
2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
Salt and pepper to taste

Peel and slice potatoes and arrange in baking dish. In hot frying pan, brown pork chops in olive oil to seer in juices – about one minute each side. Place pork chops on top of potatoes in baking dish. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Mix sauce in a bowl and pour over potatoes and chops. Bake one hour.
